We were very pleased with the online personal training. I was very satisfied with the straightforward and easy-to-understand instructional videos each time. I had a question about a sport that Mr. Hoshina does not play, but he explained it from the principle based on body structure and movement, so I was able to get a more essential solution than advice from a professional in that sport. The knowledge I gained will last a lifetime. The price is reasonable, so I recommend you to consult with us instead of worrying about this and that by yourself.

I live in the Kansai area and could not go there, so I decided to ask for instruction on line.
He made a video specifically for me for guidance, and it was quite easy to understand.
They were also willing to answer detailed questions until I was satisfied.
Of course, there is a fee for this service, but I personally think it is worth more than the price.
I would like to improve myself so that in the future I can feel the value many times more than the amount I paid.

This was my first time taking an online lesson.
I was able to send videos of my matches before the lesson, and by the time the lesson was over, I was able to analyze them and receive detailed instruction on the day of the lesson.
The explanations were easy to understand, even for a child, and the training was fun.
My child would like to have lessons again, so I would like to request regular lessons.
It is a bit difficult to visit the Corona Disaster and the prefecture where I live because of the distance, but I would like to visit the site at least once.

I saw Hoshina's video on YouTube and immediately wanted to take private lessons. However, the studio is quite far away from me, so I asked him about it and he said, "Let's do it online! I was very happy with the content of the lessons and the fact that Hoshina-san is so polite and personable. The content of the lessons as well as Ms. Hoshina's polite words and personality put my son at ease instantly and he was able to concentrate on the lessons.
Of course, I think face-to-face direct instruction is better, but I think online instruction is also very effective.
My son is a 10 year old soccer player, and I would like him to continue taking online lessons. I would like him to take this opportunity to learn how to use his body from Mr. Hoshina.

I took a one-time class to teach my son, who is in first grade, how to do an inverted stand. He was taught very carefully and gently, and soon became able to do wall inverts, which he had never been able to do before.

Although not a large space, training here is flexible.
Bouldering, mats, core, running, bars, balance balls and a few other things, 3-5 kg medicine balls, attached equipment
are a few, and that's about it.
The best thing about Pasonal Training is that the menu and instruction is tailored to each individual's goals.
The wide range of hours, including open until 9 pm on weekdays and in the morning on holidays, allows for a relaxed approach.

I saw Hona-sensei's volleyball instruction videos on YouTube, and I really wanted to learn from him even though he is in Taiwan! Even if your Japanese is not good, he will work with you online using an interpreter. During online training, Hona-sensei uses videos to convey information and also uses Google Translate to help you with your speaking. He also uses Google Translate to help you with your speaking. There are no difficulties due to language barriers. The content of the instruction is analyzed through posture analysis. You will be given specific suggestions and exercises. For the price, I think the quality of the teacher's instruction is very cp-worthy.
